My background
Dr med. Marco Toderi Brancaleone
After graduating in 1996 I obtained the FMH specialisation in surgery in Bern in 2005. I trained in Bellinzona under Professor P. Gertsch and in Geneva under Professor P. Morel. In 2012 I obtained the European FEBVS qualification in vascular surgery.
Alongside general and vascular surgery, my fields of practice include proctology and endocrine surgery.
First surgeon in Ticino to perform trans-oral thyroidectomy
Access to the thyroid through the oral cavity, leaving no visible scar on the neck.
